## 1\. Agreement to Terms

## 3\. Quotes and Pricing

Prices are quoted in US dollars. Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges for planning purposes only and do not constitute an offer. A binding price is provided in a written flat-rate quote issued after a free on-site consultation and measurement. That quote is all-inclusive for the scope described in it. Work outside that scope, including undisclosed site conditions or changes you request, is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it proceeds.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Financing options, where offered, are subject to third-party approval and terms.

## 4\. Scheduling, Permits and Approvals

We manage HOA architectural review submissions and city permit applications as part of our service. We cannot guarantee that any committee or authority will approve an application, or the timeframe in which they will respond. Construction schedules begin once required approvals are in hand and are subject to weather and site conditions.

## 5\. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations and changes must be made in writing. Where materials have been ordered, permits obtained, or work commenced, costs already incurred are payable. Scheduled consultations should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

## 6\. Site Access and Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and for disclosing the location of private underground utilities, irrigation, septic systems, and similar installations that are not identified by standard public utility locating services. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed private installations.

## 7\. Workmanship and Materials

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, using the materials specified in your quote. Any warranty applicable to your project is set out in your contract documents. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are passed through to you where they exist. Normal wear, weathering, soil movement beyond engineered tolerances, and damage from misuse or lack of maintenance are not covered.

## 8\. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pickleball Court Installers of Dallas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
