Do you charge for travel within DFW?

No. Every community listed on this page is inside our standard service area, and the on-site consultation and measurement are free regardless of which one you are in.

What if my town is not listed?

Get in touch anyway. These are the communities we work in most often, but we build across the wider DFW and North Texas area and will tell you straight away whether your address is workable.

Do you know the local HOA rules in each area?

Yes, and it matters more than people expect. Frisco and Prosper master-planned communities, Southlake and Colleyville estate ACCs, and older Plano and Dallas associations all ask for different things. We prepare the submission to suit the committee reviewing it.

Is the build timeline the same everywhere?

The construction window is about 25 to 30 days wherever you are. What varies is how long approvals take beforehand, which depends on your city and your association rather than on distance from our base.

Do you build commercial courts across the whole area?

Yes. HOA amenity courts, school and municipal park facilities, private clubs, and developer projects across all four counties, including multi-court banks with shared walkways and lighting.
