Four schedules, four invoices, and four parties who each believe the problem belongs to one of the others. We built the company the other way around. The same crew cuts your site, pours the engineered post-tension slab, rolls the 7-layer acrylic, masks and paints the lines, sets the footings, and hangs the net. You get one crew lead, one phone number, and a daily update through the whole project. That structure is also what makes a 25 to 30 day build realistic. The schedule does not slip while waiting on a surfacing company to free up, because there is no surfacing company to wait on. ## Engineered for North Texas, Not Generic Dallas sits on Blackland Prairie clay, a high-plasticity soil that swells in wet weather and contracts in drought. That movement is relentless, and it is the reason so many older DFW courts are split down the middle. Our answer is an engineered post-tension slab with proper moisture mitigation and a continuous 1% slope drainage plane, on every build, not as an upgrade. On top of it goes a 7-layer 100% acrylic system rather than court paint, with NCAA-regulation striping. It holds its colour and its grip through 110-degree summers, and it cleans up with a pressure wash. ## The HOA Work Is Free Because It Should Be Architectural review packets, variance requests, city permits, and inspection scheduling are the part of a court project people dread most, and the part a contractor is best placed to handle.
